Connect Claude to Bizby and it builds real boards for you. Describe a retrospective, a flowchart, a story map or a launch plan in a Claude conversation, and it arrives on your canvas as native Bizby shapes you can move, recolour and edit.

Turn it on for your team
A team owner enables the Claude connector in Team settings, under Integrations. It is off until they do, so it is never on by surprise.

In Claude, open Settings then Connectors, and add a custom connector with this address.

Sign in to Bizby
Claude asks you to approve it once. It then acts as you: it sees the boards you can see, and changes only the boards you can change.

Everything stays editable
Nothing arrives as an image or a flat export. Claude writes the same shapes you would have drawn, so you can move, recolour, resize and extend any of it, and the board keeps working for everyone already on it.
What it cannot do
It cannot exceed you
Every action runs as the person who authorised it. If you cannot open a board, neither can Claude.
It cannot wipe a board
It can only remove shapes it drew itself. Nothing a person put on a board is ever a candidate, and no operation clears a board.
It stops the moment you switch it off
The plan and the team toggle are re-checked on every call, so turning it off takes effect immediately rather than at the next sign-in.
You choose where work happens
Claude composes the design before it reaches Bizby, so that content is processed outside Canada. The board itself is stored on your normal Bizby infrastructure. Teams that require full Canadian data residency leave the connector off and use Bizby Kickstart.
Before you connect it
What do I need?
A Bizby team on Team+ or enterprise with the connector enabled by a team owner, and a Claude account. Add the address above as a custom connector in Claude's settings.
Can Claude delete or overwrite my board?
No. It can only remove shapes it drew itself, so nothing a person put on a board is ever a candidate for deletion, and no operation clears a board. If a result is not what you wanted, undo works normally.
Does it use my Bizby AI credits?
No. Claude does the composing on your own Claude subscription, so it never touches the Bizby AI credit meter.
Can it add to a board I am already working on?
Yes. Paste a board link into Claude and it adds to that board rather than making another. Each thing it draws keeps its own id, so you can revise one piece later and leave the rest alone.
