Where is our data stored?
Your data is hosted in Canada, in Toronto and Montreal, and never leaves the country.
How do we get our Miro boards across?
Connect your Miro account and import your boards directly into Bizby. Sticky notes, shapes, connectors, and images transfer automatically.
Where does SOC 2 stand?
Our SOC 2 Type II audit is underway. Bizby already encrypts your data in transit and at rest and follows PIPEDA.
What happens to our boards if we cancel?
You keep access to export your boards as PNG, SVG, or PDF before your plan ends, so your work is always yours to take with you.
Can we use our own Azure OpenAI tenant?
Yes. With Bring Your Own AI you can connect your own Azure OpenAI or Anthropic endpoint, so prompts and content stay in your tenant.
Do viewers need an account?
No. Anyone with a share link can open a board in read-only mode, with no account required.
Can we buy Bizby through a government procurement vehicle?
Yes. Bizby is a qualified supplier under the Government of Canada Cloud SaaS Method of Supply (Supply Arrangement EN578-191593/108/ESS). Federal departments can procure Bizby directly through it, without running a competitive process.
